I'm from Florida, and the best pizza by the slice I've ever had in 40yrs! Made fresh to order. Reasonable prices with given how huge these slices are. If you love a good slice, fresh , crispy crust and a lil grease... this is your place. Customer service was excellent! Store quality of a pizza shop 10/10 lots of seating and all tables clean/seats. As I looked around before I sat down. I didn't want to sit down on pizza sauce.
Pizza is delicious! Restaurant is horrendous. You can't even see into the display case to view the pizza. lol. I always wonder why business owners can't see things from the customers perspective. Your food is amazing! That's 75% of the business but customers also deserve a clean and attractive atmosphere to dine in. Ps. You can tell a lot about how clean a place is by looking at how filthy their bathroom is and this bathroom is awful! Great pizza though.

Got it for delivery so can't speak to service or ambiance. Pizza was good and typical NY style. Large slices and can crisp the crust in the over for reheating. Was a right mixture of sauce and cheese and chewy crust. Also got a Cesar salad which was a large size and flavorful dressing. Have a complimentary 2 liter of Sprite.
I think the reason why the reviews are low is because of the old owners but just FYI this pizzeria has NEW OWNERS with a whole NEW MENU. The owners and workers are so nice and the food is as fresh as it will EVER BE! 10/10 best pizzeria in NY and everyone should come here and check out the menu!

Palisades pizza has come a long way. Under the new ownership, the quality has definitely improved. The standard regular pizza is really good but my favorite is the grandma slice. Highly recommend.
